chicken, fish, protein shakes(not muscle milk, try isoprotein or max protein), no beef/pork, turkey. anything with a lot of protein and little fats/carbs. i’ve heard low fat cottage cheese is very good too
not to be rude, buti disagree with the answer above. peanut butter is VERY high in saturated fat and will not help you put on lean muslce.
Whole food proteins steak, chicken and fish. Eggs are also great and inexpensive. Good luck!
Hey mate you need to buy high protein items like eggs, milk and meats. You also need to eat fruits and vegetables as they also have important vitamins and minerals that your body requires to do thousands of different processes. You might also want to consider a protein supplement to, errr, supplement your diet to ensure you get enough.
Also, try and eat 5-6 small high protein meals each day. This will keep a constant pool of amino acids in your system, just perfect for building new muscle fibers. On top of that it will also increase your metabolism, which will aid in burning fat. I have included a link in the sources section that has more information on foods to eat for bodybuilding.
I hope this helps and good luck!

Hello Sam,
Buy chicken, tuna, and eggs as your main sources of protein.
Also, if you are not gaining any muscle, you need to increase your caloric intake.
Take care,
